About the course
The course is designed for you to learn, develop and practice the essential skills required for the hospitality industry.

What will I do on the course?
You will learn to develop and practice basic hospitality skills required for employment and/or career opportunities and progression in the hospitality sector. You learn practical skills by working in the Skills Centre Bistro.
